Mr. Man loves his grill. We've had it for several years and he uses it more and more every year. He uses it at least 3 times a month. It's a smoker as well and he's been trying to master smoking stuff. Today he did a chicken. He brined the chicken the night before and then propped it up on a can of ginger ale for smoking.
As always, the skin is my favorite part. Delicious. We'll be having some of it on Hawaiian Haystacks tomorrow.
